Individual, Couples & Family Therapy
An integrative approach grounded in Psychosynthesis—for healing, growth, and transformation
Psychosynthesis holds that every difficulty or crisis carries the possibility of positive change and growth.
Human challenges can often be understood within a broader process of development and transformation.
Psychosynthesis embraces the whole person—body, mind, feelings, and the transpersonal dimension of human experience.
It recognises fundamental psychological needs—such as security, love, connection, and self-worth.
It also honours deeper aspirations for meaning, purpose, self-actualisation, and self-realisation.
In my practice, I integrate simple and powerful Psychosynthesis techniques.
These may include guided imagery, visualisation, inner dialogue, dreamwork, and creative expression through drawing, alongside the therapeutic process.
Through this process, greater self-awareness and understanding can gradually emerge.
You may begin to recognise your inner strengths and wisdom, opening the way for meaningful and lasting change.
From Science to Psychotherapy
My journey into psychotherapy began with a background in science.
Before training in counselling and psychotherapy, I completed a BSc in Physics (Quantum Physics)
Over time, my curiosity about the universe turned toward the inner world of a human being.
What began as a fascination with the natural world gradually became a deep interest in the mind, emotions, and the many layers of human experience.
This led me to a way of working in which therapy offers a space to explore this inner world with curiosity and compassion—where insight can gradually become lived experience.
