Dragana Djukic BSc, MA (Psych)
COUNSELLING, PSYCHOTHERAPY & CLINICAL SUPERVISION
SOUTH WEST LONDON
I have 25 years experience in counselling and psychotherapy working with individuals, couples and groups and over 10 years in supervising counsellors and psychotherapists.
My areas of expertise include anxiety, panic attacks, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, addictive behaviours, loss and grief, unresolved issues from childhood, as well as life transitions and personal growth.
My approach is Integrative, based on the Psychosynthesis model which is a holistic model to healing, growth and transformation. In my work, I also apply Mindfulness practices and the principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), as well as findings from the latest research on Neuroscience, Trauma and Attachment Theory.
I work from my private practice in East Sheen (SW14), near Richmond. I also provide Skype sessions to clients and supervisees.
In addition to my private practice, I am a senior counsellor and supervisor at the Putneymead Group – the NHS medical practice, and I teach on the PgDip Course in Counselling at the Psychosynthesis Trust – the counselling and psychotherapy training organisation.
I frequently run workshops and courses for mental health professionals and the general public. Furthermore, I teach mindfulness to individuals and groups, privately and in the NHS settings.
