Self-discovery

by

“People travel to wonder at the height of mountains, at the huge waves of the sea, at the long courses of rivers, at the vast compass of the ocean, at the circular motion of the stars; and they pass by themselves without wondering.”
St. Augustine

Self-discovery means finding out who we really are, and learning how to be who we are.

The ancient Greek philosophers clearly recognized that the most important, but perhaps the most difficult thing is to ‘Know Thyself’. Yet it is well worth the effort because most of our stress and pain stem when we do not live our own life. We cannot have good health and fulfilling life without that knowledge.
